Meridians in is located in a historic building in downtown Fairfield.  Sullivan opened Meridians in a historic building in downtown Fairfield seven years ago with co-owner David Gulak, then opened their accompanying farm-to-table restaurant down the street, Meridians Bar + Kitchen, in 2019.

The new restaurant at 166 Main St. in Fairfield offers locally sourced and Maine-inspired dishes across the street from Meridians retail store.

According to the KJ, there's a new restaurant in Fairfield! David Gulak and Josh Sullivan, who opened the Meridian store five years ago, have opened Meridians Kitchen & Bar. The restaurant, located at 166 Main Street (in the old Dancing Elephant II location), opened Wednesday (June 12th) and features many dishes made with farm to table ingredients.
